Norty Too Charter have the added benefit of our superb Cobra 9.7m RIB 'Norty Buoy' which can be chartered individually or alongside the Fairline Squadron 58 'Norty Too', adding additional excitement to the day. The RIB, powered by twin 300hp Mercury Outboards and has all the excitement that one could wish for, with seating for 9 guests.

By arrangement, guests can be collected from other locations within the Solent and we are also able to specially tailor any day to your specific requirements.

What should I bring?
Whilst we will always do our best, it is not always possible to guarantee the weather. So we suggest you bring a variety of clothing for all eventualities. Some suggestions would include jeans/casual slacks, shorts, a lightweight shirt, sun hat, sun glasses, and just in case a warmer sweater and lightweight jacket. For the more adventurous, swimwear and a towel. Of course we will try for sunshine and blue skies! The only thing we insist on is sensible shoes (no black soles or high heels). Wet weather sailing jackets, trousers and sun cream are available on board.
Will there be refreshments?
Soft drinks, tea and coffee are all available free throughout the day. All alcoholic beverages are to be provided by the charterers.
Are the Skippers qualified?
Both vessels are run by our professional fully qualified skippers and crew will be provided for Norty Too throughout the day.
What is the itinerary for the day?
A typical day would commence at 10:00 hours when guests are met at the boat and served with tea/coffee and pastries. The morning would be spent cruising around some of the many picturesque areas of The Solent or, where applicable, following specific yacht racing events.
Lunch You may wish to visit one of the excellent waterside pubs, either on the Isle of Wight or the mainland. Alternatively, lunch can be served on board by arrangement.
Afternoon This would be spent relaxing and visiting other interesting Solent haunts before an exhilarating ride back to the Hamble River.
Afternoon Tea This will be served on board prior to disembarkation, whilst returning to our home berth on the Hamble River.
What happens if the weather is bad?
No one can predict the British weather, that said Norty Too is very spacious inside if we get the odd shower. This would not stop us having a great day out. If the weather is too windy and deemed unsafe we will discuss this with you to rearrange your day.
